What to expect

AerialWhen you visit our services for the first time you will find that

Our Parking situation is Interesting

We are a small church with a small parking lot. There is a small parking area on the left side of the church building which holds several cars if we park in two or three rows. Please pull forward in that lot so that someone else can park behind you. There is a possibility of being parked in for a short time, so you may instead prefer to park on the grass along the circular driveway in front of the church. There is a handicap ramp available on the left side of the church.

Our People will be Interactive

We enjoy having guests visit our services and we hope to make you feel welcome. Rest assured you will not be ignored. Expect to be greeted with a handshake and made to feel as much at home as we possibly can make you.

Our Pattern of service seeks to be Inviting

You are our guest and we want you to relax and be blessed by the teaching and preaching of God’s Word. We are not interested in what you are wearing or whether or not you give financially to our church. We are interesting in helping you grow and mature in your walk with the Lord. Our services generally begin with the song leader leading the congregation in singing a traditional hymn of the faith, after which the pastor welcomes everyone to that day’s service. The song leader then leads the congregation in two more songs and then some informative announcements are shared and an offering is taken. After which two more hymns are sung and during the second hymn the children are dismissed to a nursery where they will have nice toys to play with and be taken care of by one of our ladies. We also offer a junior church class for school age children to attend on Sunday mornings.

Our Pastor desires to be Inspirational

After the song service the pastor will bring a message from the Word of God. He will encourage everyone to follow along in their Bible as he reads the text for that day. Bibles are available for anyone who needs one; all you need do is ask. Our pastor believes very strongly in applying the Word of God to everyday living. In every message he preaches he strives to make what happened to them then, applicable to your life now, after all; “Now all these things happened unto them for ensamples: and they are written for our admonition, upon whom the ends of the world are come” 1 Corinthians 10:11. The entire service lasts about an hour and 15 minutes.

It is our prayer that your visit with us will be both inviting and inspiring.
